Family Activities

Encourage an active family lifestyle by getting involved in The Essex’s dedicated children’s activities. A combination of fun, education and fitness available for children from age 6 weeks to 16 years.

Swimming Pool

Swim, play and learn in our indoor swimming pool with dedicated family swim time, splash play sessions and swimming lessons.

Designated Family Times:

Monday to Friday: 15:30-18:00

Saturday and Sunday: 11:00-13:00 and 15:00-17:00

Teen Gym

A supervised session for teens who want to learn how to use the gym whilst having a member of our Wellness Team on hand to offer guidance and advice.

Teen Gym Times:

Monday to Friday: 16:00-20:00
Saturday and Sunday: 11:00-18:00
